Our Company History
The company was founded in 2002 by Andy Swanson and Tony Lyons who have extensive experience in working with Spinal Injured Clients. In setting the company up they wanted to ensure the clients received the best support in their own homes, allowing them to live the lives they choose for themselves.
Although the company has grown substantially in the past 22 years we have a small management team who have worked with us for a number of years, allowing our clients continuity with communication and helping us to build and maintain good relationships with both the clients and our PAs.
All of our management team have many years of experience working in the care sector, they regularly attend conferences and training courses ensuring their knowledge is updated on a regular basis.
